Information we collect
We collect information that you provide directly to us when you create an account, use our floor plan conversion services, or communicate with us. This may include:
- Personal identification information (name, email address)
- Account credentials
- Payment information (processed securely through our payment provider)
- Floor plan images and related project data you upload
- Communications you send to us
- Your email address and messages, when you contact us through the support chat
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including:
- Processing your floor plan conversions
- Managing your account and providing customer support
- Processing payments and sending transaction notifications
- Sending you technical notices, updates, and administrative messages
- Responding to your comments and questions
Data storage and security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our services is at your own risk.
Third-party services
We may share your information with third-party service providers that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance. These third parties have access to your personal information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
We use these processors:
- Hetzner (EU): hosting of the app, database and uploaded files.
- Google Cloud, Gemini on the Agent Platform (global endpoint): AI analysis and rendering. Google receives the floor plans, photos and reference images you upload, and the prompts built from them.
- OpenAI: optional render engine. Only when you choose that engine, OpenAI receives the images and prompt for that render.
- Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google, Google shares your name and email address with us.
- Stripe: payments, subscriptions and invoices. We never see or store your card details.
- PostHog (through our own /ingest proxy): cookieless product analytics and error tracking; no session recording.
- inbox.eu (EU): transactional email, such as account and approval messages.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: bot protection on sign-up and the free demo.
- Support chat: when you use the chat on our site, PostHog (EU servers) stores your email address and your messages. To answer you, your messages pass through a Cloudflare worker to our team in Slack. We use them only to answer your question.
Some of these processors may process data outside the EU. Those transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
- The right to access personal information we hold about you
- The right to request correction of inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data
- The right to withdraw consent at any time
- The right to data portability
