Agreement to terms
By accessing or using Floor Plan Magic, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Use license
Permission is granted to temporarily use Floor Plan Magic for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials except for your own rendered floor plan outputs
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a paid plan or token pack
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Floor Plan Magic
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server
Service description
Floor Plan Magic provides AI-powered floor plan conversion services that transform architectural floor plans into photorealistic interior visualizations. Our service includes:
- Upload and processing of floor plan images
- AI-generated photorealistic renders
- Various style and customization options
- Download and export capabilities
User accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment terms
Certain features of the service may require payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the service. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date.
Cancellation and refunds
If a render fails, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
You can cancel a subscription at any time in the billing portal (Settings, Orders, Manage subscription). It ends at the end of the current billing period, unless the portal states otherwise. We do not refund the remaining time.
A one-time credit pack can be refunded on request: email us within 14 days of purchase, as long as you have not used any credits since that purchase. We refund the pack price and remove its credits from your balance. There are no other automatic money refunds.
The service starts as soon as you buy. By buying, you agree to this and accept that your 14-day EU right of withdrawal ends once you use credits.
Intellectual property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Floor Plan Magic and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any floor plans you upload and the rendered outputs generated from them. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
Limitation of liability
In no event shall Floor Plan Magic, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
